Can you help on our Open Day?

Michelle Ferguson is hoping for lots of parent volunteers to help out the class teachers on our Open Day – Thursday 1st May – week 2, of next term.

Each child in the school will be coming to place their hand print on our revamped passion POLes – which are now becoming our Philosophy of Learning poles. This will take place during the MORNING session.

Class teachers will need one or two parents out at their pole, helping to get the students handprints on their pole. This can be stressful for classroom teachers – so the parent/s would be running the handprinting, whilst the class teacher would looking after the behaviour management & logistics side of things.

If you think you could help out – I would REALLY appreciate your support and I know all of the class teachers will too!!!

The Library Ladies are ready for more help!

Thank you SO much to everyone who has helped the library with contacting books these last few weeks! The library staff are extremely grateful!

BUT – Just as they have gotten up to date – they now have a new mountain of books to cover!

If you are able to spare some time and are happy to contact some books, please visit the library ladies or get in touch with Tanya or Michelle! The library staff will be available in the library from 3pm this afternoon (Tuesday 11th March) just in time to come in before school pick up.

You could also visit tomorrow morning at drop off time or anytime from then.

Even if you could lend a hand with just covering one or two, it would be an enormous help!
